By using the Boomzo app or services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Account Registration
To use Boomzo, you must:
• Be 18 years or older.
• Register with a valid mobile number and name.
2. Service Booking & Payment
• Booking a service requires a 10% token amount, paid in advance.
• Boomzo matches you with vetted vendors and facilitates the transaction.
3. Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Token amount may not be refunded if canceled late.
4. Vendor and Boomzo Responsibilities
• Vendors are solely responsible for delivering services.
• Boomzo mediates disputes and ensures customer satisfaction through a trust-first model.
5. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
• If you face issues, contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
• Boomzo will act as a neutral mediator to resolve complaints promptly.
