Boomzo is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the vendor information we collect. This policy explains how we collect, use, and manage your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information during vendor onboarding:
• Business Name and Address
• Contact Person Name and Address
• Contact Number and Alternate Number
• GST Number (if applicable)
• Government-issued ID proof
2. Usage of Data
We use your data to:
• Verify and onboard your business
• Assign service requests
• Track the number of completed orders (for performance metrics)
• Communicate updates and operational guidelines
We do not track vendors’ current locations in real-time.
3. Third-Party Services
We use:
• Google Maps API to fetch customer and service location data.
4. Data Sharing
We share customer details — Name, Address, Phone Number, and Service Request — with you solely for order fulfillment.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Vendors can request account and data deletion by contacting our support. Once requested:
• All payouts are settled within 4–7 business days
• All associated vendor data is deleted post-settlement
