📜 Boomzo Vendor Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Boomzo platform as a registered vendor.
1. Vendor Registration
To join Boomzo, vendors must provide:
• Business name and address
• Valid ID proof
• Two contact numbers
• Acceptance of Boomzo’s Terms and SOPs
2. Service Commitment
• Vendors must only accept jobs they can fulfill on time.
• Excessive cancellations post-acceptance may lead to account suspension or termination.
• Vendors must follow SOP guidelines for each service category.
3. Commission and Payouts
• A service commission (communicated during onboarding) is deducted from every order.
• Weekly payouts are processed to the registered vendor account.
4. Boomzo Business Credits
• Vendors earn credits on platform performance.
• Credits are valid until used, but coupons bought with credits have expiration dates.
5. Conduct & Termination
Boomzo reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in the following cases:
• Rude or inappropriate behavior with customers
• Attempts to bypass Boomzo by contacting customers directly
• Breach of SOPs or repeated cancellations
Vendors may appeal terminations by contacting Boomzo via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction under Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
